How Much?
With so many options, there is no set price. Leather items start at $200 for basic letters. Prices are quoted based upon material and design.
How Long?
4-6 weeks is the usual turn around time. If you need something sooner send an email. Please note there is a rush fee. I have a wait-list and in order to reserve your place in line, invoice must be paid in full. You can of course keep your item until I am ready to start it.
How do You Get My Item?
Items can be dropped off (in the Chicago area) or sent. Upon completion, they can be picked up or shipped back to you. Shipping back to you is included (US orders only) if service is over $800.
Will My Bag Be Safe?
Every bag or item is thoroughly wrapped (except the part to be painted) before painting begins. I take every precaution to make sure your item is safe.
Returns or refunds?
Sorry, there are no returns or refunds. Since all orders are custom, nothing can be cancelled or refunded after I receive payment.
Quality
The methods I use, ensure the longevity of the art. The paint is varnished so that nothing will happen if it's raining out. If something should happen to the painting within the first 6 months from when order was placed, please email me and I would be happy to touch it up.
